What we collect

Your business name, your name and email address, plus your WhatsApp number if you choose to provide it, and basic technical details such as the page you came from and campaign tags in the link.

Why we collect it

To do your free Google Profile audit and email your report to you. If you provide a phone number, we may also chat with you on WhatsApp or by phone about the audit and related services you agreed to hear about. Audit reports are delivered by email, not WhatsApp.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your details. We only use trusted service providers (for example hosting and our customer database) to run our service, under confidentiality.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as needed to deliver the audit and any services, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your details, or stop us contacting you, at any time. Email hello@brackenfellonthemap.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
